University of Kansas Guest Artist Residency
I will be returning to the University of Kansas from January 26 – February 9 as the Spring 2013 Guest Artist. I will be teaching Modern, Baroque and Composition classes while I’m there in addition to creating and setting a 10 minuet work on the university students. It will be a modern piece to Haydn, Op. 74/3 in G minor, investigating the three dancing bodies of the Baroque period and the power of their connections in our communities.
